How work moves.
Map the process, responsibilities, approvals, and handoffs before defining requirements or choosing software. Product and system decisions follow from that understanding.
The institution
I am building Kenya’s first dedicated business technology company. Nuvana HQ exists to develop the relationship between organisations and the technology they depend on.
Business operations, visibility, and money movement are at the centre of that work.

Purpose
Nuvana began as a conviction before it became a company: small and mid-sized businesses in Kenya struggle with the same fragmented tools, manual reconciliation, and missing single source of truth that larger companies also fight.
The question is how technology can become part of an organisation’s operating structure: how decisions are made, how responsibilities are carried, and how leadership understands what is happening.
Nuvana’s work today combines a product built for retail operations with the analysis, restructuring, and implementation of organisational systems.
Approach
Map the process, responsibilities, approvals, and handoffs before defining requirements or choosing software. Product and system decisions follow from that understanding.
Connect the operational reality to reporting that people can understand and trust. Stock, sales, procurement, and departmental activity need to tell a coherent story.
Bring payment allocation, reconciliation, debtors, supplier obligations, and stock value into the same operating picture.
Work today / Product

Nuvana Business is the retail operations software I built for Kenyan SMEs. It connects sales, inventory, stock movement, and reporting across one or several locations.
It is in active use across 30+ businesses spanning electronics, pharmacies, cosmetics, hardware, agrovets, and other retail categories. Its development is shaped by business owners and the people using it every day.

Alongside Nuvana Business, the work includes ERP and Odoo implementations that connect finance, manufacturing, procurement, HR, sales, inventory, and reporting.
The approach carries analysis into implementation: clear scope, connected workflows, usable reporting, data migration, and adoption by the people responsible for the system.

Direction
The ambition is to make advanced technology practical for organisations in Kenya. That starts with operational reality and grows through the systems, products, and capabilities Nuvana builds.
Businesses, NGOs, and other organisations face the question of how technology should fit into their work. Nuvana HQ is the institution I am building around that question.
